Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and budgeting.
• Foster positive tenant relations, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
• Supervise property staff and maintenance personnel.
• Conduct property inspections, schedule maintenance, and implement preventive measures.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure property compliance with safety codes and fair housing laws.
• Handle legal matters, such as evictions and lease violations.
