Customer Services Representative

Heritage Insurance Services has career opportunities for highly motivated and energetic individuals as a Customer Service Representative within its growing team. Duties consist of but are not limited to seamlessly handle inbound calls regarding our insurance products and services. Listen and connect with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues they express. Explain policy coverages and service advantages to existing and potential customers developing quality relationships with potential and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships in a fast-paced environment with the ability to problem solve and determine solutions for customers. Must possess a strong work ethic, be highly motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently; previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus. Property & Casualty License preferred but not required; will assist with obtaining.
