At ARHT Home Solutions, our Sales Consultants, are the driving force behind our company's success. As a consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with potential customers through the inspection, claim and repair/replacement process.

Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, results oriented, self-confident, extremely organized and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales/consulting experience
• Background experience in roofing/remodeling/ construction industry preferred.
• Owns a car or a truck
• Must have reliable transportation (clean driving license)
• Willing to do roof top inspection (2-3 stories)
• Able to climb and carry 40–80-pound ladder
• Strong competitive nature
• Enthusiastic representation of our company and products
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to work outside in various conditions

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential roof inspections to find and identify potential damage
• Support homeowners through the insurance claim process
• Analyze inspection reports and review with homeowners
• Communicate with CEO, Inside Sales Manager & production team as needed
• Continue to deliver on our core values of professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Ideal candidate:

Candidates for this job will need to knock door to door for leads

Preferred Door to Door experience.

Highly motivated with great customer service skills and team oriented.

To meet with insurance adjuster, assist homeowner with the insurance claim process and excellent closing skills.

Ability to gain customer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction. Good commissions for experienced candidate. Truck or car Required!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
