Full Time Position Details:

· POSITION: Full Time – Business Development Representative

· SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

· COMPENSATION: Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission

· YEARLY COMPENSATION: $39,000 – $100,000+

· BENEFITS: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance

· LOCATION: Within your designated territory - MA, NJ, or PA

Skills:

· Excellent communication skills & the ability to build rapport quickly

· Self-Starter

· Confident in handling rejection

· Ability to handle fast paced, high volume face-to-face interaction

· Competitive, motivated, and hard-working mentality

· Intermediate technical skills

· Ability to initiate and leverage contacts to build new business referrals
