Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for business development purposes
- Introduce and promote products or services to prospects
- Identify and qualify leads for further follow-up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools
