Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across various channels
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Oversee e-commerce initiatives, including website optimization and online sales strategies
- Manage email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
