Synergy Realty Network is a full-service real estate brokerage in Brentwood, TN supporting and inspiring our 225+ licensed Realtors with the tools, and resources, to take their business to the next level.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales office operations. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Real Estate, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint, attention to detail, have a strong customer service background, demonstrate strong organizational skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a team required.
Essential Functions:
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relations with agents and management, which may include:
- Assists and supports agents and management as a team player.
- Utilize Excel effectively, up to and including the use of formulas, in creating/maintaining/tracking information and figures.
- Pull or create reports from numerous systems and utilize basic analytical skills
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly, responding to emails and interfacing with agents and their clients.
- Routine communications
- Manage concerns- gather information, prioritize, and escalate appropriately.
- Answers phone, greets customers and agents at front desk.
- Receives, sends and distributes mail and packages.
- Follows accounts receivables procedures
- Use of Dotloop and KVCore Technology Platforms
- Meeting/event planning – facilitate logistics that may or may not include budgeting, schedules, presentation content and collaterals; communications, presenter/guest logistics, food and beverage, accommodations, etc. as directed.
- Prepare internal and external documents upon request.
- Utilize Zoom as the virtual meeting platform, creating meetings/sending invites accordingly utilizing Mailchimp.
- Assumes responsibility for special projects related duties as required or assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with two or more years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.
- Real Estate background preferred-(will train the right candidate)
- Technical Capacity with hardware (desktop, printers/copiers, and software (to include Microsoft Office and other web-based programs)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive attitude, friendly disposition combined with a strong work ethic is required.
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
