Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Canvasser to join our dynamic team at Legacy Roofing and Construction. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in promoting our roofing services and generating insurance leads within the local community. Your persuasive sales pitches and personable approach will drive interest in our exceptional roofing solutions, as well as our insurance services.

Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers through door-to-door and retail interactions.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the benefits of our roofing services and effectively communicate the advantages of our insurance offerings.
• Drive sales by promoting and selling insurance services and generating quality leads for our insurance department.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and potential leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Persistence in the face of challenges.
• Comfortable with extended walking and standing.

Compensation

• % of all jobs sold by you
• $150 Per Appointment set by you
• Plenty of other monthly bonuses for meeting sales quotas
