Full description of the position
Summary

With an impressive line sheet of respected brands, The Lawless Sales Group offers customers a one-stop-shop for construction, industrial, and safety products.
We are seeking an outside salesperson to represent our company in the state of Oklahoma. No relocation assistance is available.
Duties
The Sales Representative is responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including forecasting, quoting, market surveys & analysis, and preparing presentations to key accounts.
The Sales Representative will drive results in the following areas:
Requirements
3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably serving the Commercial, Industrial, and Construction Supply channels.
Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing an increase in sales and customer growth.
Travel: Up to 50%. Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record, as well as the ability to acquire adequate auto insurance.
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs for show setups and sample transportation.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Familiarity with CRM systems
Able to collect, interpret, and summarize data for both internal and external presentations and reporting
Ability to thrive in a fast pace and deadline-driven environment
Highly ambitious and self-motivated
Interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and functional areas both inside and outside the company
Excellent influencing and communication skills, both orally and written. Must be comfortable working with and presenting to all levels within an organization
Customer service orientation
Accountability - ability to accept responsibility, make decisions, and own the outcomes.
Honesty/Integrity - Must be credible in the marketplace
Exceptional Organizational and Communication Skills are required

- Effectively manage and develop cross-functional and multi-tier relationships at key accounts to profitably retain existing business
- Grow category share within the account
- Gain incremental promotions
- Facilitate new product placement
- Align our agency and manufacturers with customers' strategic objectives
- Maintains a regular call schedule on existing customers
- Prospects for new customers within the assigned territory.
- Train, update, and motivate the distributor reps and end-users on manufacturer initiatives.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate programs, and recommend product selections.
- Professionally promotes and sells our partners' brands, programs, and products to the market.
- Follow up with customers regarding challenges and offer solutions.
- General problem-solving and objection management.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with partner manufacturers to understand capabilities and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports of business reviews and the current market environment.
