Job Title: Sales Rep/ Customer Representative

Requirements: basic/good knowledge of home improvement, handyman, construction field

Responsibilities: answer the phone, provide excellent customer experience and sale the job. Manage and keep the schedule full, manage the technicians on the road and the office needs.

General info: The sales/customer representative is not responsible to make the phone ring. The company is running several marketing campaigns to maintain call volume. The sales/ customer rep is responsible to answer the phone promptly and guide the customers through the booking a job process and eventually close the deal, book the appointment and follow up after work is completed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
