High producing Real Estate Team seeking organized, energetic, and motivated individual to add to our sales team.

Job Duties:

• Energetic, knowledgeable and hard-working agent to assist the team’s buyers.
• Licensed real estate agent or individual who is in the process of obtaining their real estate license.
• This individual will be servicing the team’s many buyer leads.
• At our current pace we bring in 20 to 50 leads per month.
• A buyer’s agent is anticipated to accomplish approximately $5 million in sales their first year.
• Will be trained to work your current database properly ultimately generating more business.
• Set up our commercial clients on automatic emails giving them the most up to date information on properties that meet their criteria
• Schedule commercial consults for new commercial leads
• Calendar management with effective prioritization
• Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Schedule property showings
• Show our commercial clients properties
• Professional interaction with staff members, visitors, customers and vendors
• Attend inspections, final walkthroughs and settlements.
• Keep everyone well informed including the team & clients
• Maintain database management and follow up

Requirements:

• Able to manage individual projects and deadlines while requiring little supervision.
• Customer service skills in person and over the telephone
• Strong organizational skills
• Expert knowledge of real estate contracts and related addenda
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule including weekends. You are expected to be in the office Monday through Friday 9am-5pm unless you are actively showing clients properties.
• Attend team events and outings outside of regular business hours
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Drive'

Pay: $40,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
