About the company:

TradePort is a full-service returns management company that handles eCommerce returns for many clients. The core of our business focuses on receiving, quality control inspections and resale.

Position Summary:

• Receive inventory and affix items with corresponding TradePort inventory label.
• Review inventory and perform general inspection of received products.
• Determine disposition path of inspected inventory and move to appropriate warehouse locations.
• Organize and track inventory, both logically and physically.
• Collaborate with Client on Return to vendor (RTV), Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and resale.
• Create orders and shipments based off client requirements.
• Ensure that outbound product is properly documented and verified.
• Use of scanning equipment and adding inventory to a database is required, accuracy is a must.
• Manage existing client relationship through daily email and phone communication.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail a must.
• General understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Computer savvy. Ability to learn TradePort's proprietary systems including Warehouse Management System, Mobile PC, & Customer relationship management software.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Knowledge of automobile parts, (i.e. tires, brakes, wheels, air springs, etc.) and the ability to perform visual inspections on such parts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
