Hayden Beverage is now hiring a Red Bull Sales Supervisor to oversee our Red Bull Driver-Sell Sales Reps and grow our business in the Post Falls, ID/E. Washington market.

Responsible for leading as group of sales people (ASMs) that are accountable for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.

Sales Supervisor Red Bull Job Details:*

  • Manages team to establish sales/KPI targets for each driver-sell sales position and oversee these monthly indicators; this includes feedback, coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews
  • Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming
  • Provides day to day direction of duties as performed by designated sales staff, regular route rides weekly
  • Builds and cultivates account relationships in the market
  • Trains and manages a full team of sales representatives, teach selling skills through the established selling process
  • Conduct 1:1s to improve operational expertise and recognize/reward results
  • Manage inventory control processes with sales staff effectively
  • Monday through Friday 6: am start, with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands.
  • Safely operate personal vehicle with company required insurance
  • Total compensation $50 - 60k DOE

Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
  • Knowledge of the distributor industry as well as core competency in account development and promotions
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
  • Previous experience managing or supervising sales professionals
  • Can demonstrate outstanding presentation and persuasive sales abilities
  • Professional individual who can demonstrate strong leadership
  • Has outstanding communication skills
  • Performance development and goal orientated accountability skills
  • Leads by example, can-do/will-do attitude
  • Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Pre-employment drug testing and background check required
  • Valid driver license, acceptable motor vehicle record, reliable transportation and minimum required liability insurance per company standards
