Full description of the position

Duties:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and taxes
- Fulfill orders by locating and packaging parts for shipment or pickup
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient parts management
- Use software programs to track sales, inventory, and customer information
- Work with management on additional tasks when needed

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and keep track of multiple orders
- Proficient in using computer software, to perform tasks such as data entry and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of basic math principles to accurately calculate prices, discounts, and taxes
- Familiarity with auto repair shop operations and parts terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries professionally

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
