Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and provide information about the features and benefits of different vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to close sales
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and update inventory control systems
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer information, appointments, and paperwork
- Basic math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for pricing calculations

Please note that previous experience in car sales is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and motivation.
