Full description of the position

Anderson Coach & Travel is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented person to interact directly with customers to fulfill their transportation needs. This is a full-time position that is set to begin immediately at our Greenville office.

Candidate must have strong computer skills & knowledge, as well as proficiencies in Google Maps & Search Engines, routine email correspondence, Microsoft Office Suite, and have the ability to quickly learn in-house software programs and databases.

The ideal candidate must also have:

• Above average verbal and written communications
• Display both professional and energetic phone skills
• Possess the ability to build relationships with customers
• Proficient with accurate data entry
• Detail-oriented

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Direct customer interaction via phone and the occasional walk-in
• Ensuring all charters adhere to the Department of Transportation Hours of Service Laws
• Learning the pricing system and providing detailed quotes to potential clients
• Requesting & entering itineraries into the system
• Securing client payments
• Maintaining customer files including providing customers with reports regarding their charters when required
• Answering overflow dispatch calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
