We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a sales team and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team to reach their goals. Responsibilities:

• Implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and manage sales teams.
• Create and monitor sales performance metrics.
• Provide training and support to sales staff.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
