Business Development Executive

Dentium USA is a world class manufacturer of dental implant systems located in Cypress, California and distributes a large selection of dental instruments, lab components and grafting materials to complement our implants. First established in February 2004 by their parent company Dentium Co. Ltd., located in South Korea, Dentium has a worldwide distribution network and is proud to offer the highest quality dental implants at value pricing. We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in Cypress, CA.

General Job Summary

Business development associate supports the company’s sales, marketing and product development efforts to grow business and branding.

Essential Job Functions (Including but not limited to):

1. Equip with product knowledge to be expert in company products.

2. Market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and feedback to management and sales team.

3. Analyzing company sales including each territory business and pursuing all new development opportunities and evaluation of the territory business

4. Build coordination with internal teams to develop new sales and marketing strategies

5. Consult with senior management to discuss innovation or development in existing products and services to meet the market demand.

6. Create marketing plans to promote the products and services of the organization

7. Identify new customers as per company’s polices and business model

8. Get contacts of potential customers via trade show, emailing, internet search, advertisement , social media, cold calling, any other potential customers per company polices.

9. Coordinate and attend business events including seminars and trade show.

10. Development and maintenance of social media.

11. Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and territory managers for discussing new opportunities and for business expansions

12. Maintain and regularly update the customer database, such as names, phone numbers and email addresses.

13. Assist leadership in contract development, handling negotiations and performing due diligence for domestic business and oversea business.

14. Handle sales and coordinate transition and delivery of their products and services

15. Work with teams to achieve the quarterly and yearly targeted revenue.

Job requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree – business, marketing, or communications major

Experience:

1. Have more than 3 years of industry experience

2. Prior experience in the medical device industry is a plus.

3. Project management experience is a plus

2. Communication skill – verbal and written: Bilingual (English and Korean)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Cypress, CA 90630: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
