Job description:
Seeking a Outside Sales Rep. to take over existing accounts and new sales. This is an excellent role for an active listener with a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business with cold calls.
Responsibilities listed but not limited to:
- Forge relationships with existing clients
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Researching geographical area for potential new business leads
- Increasing the value of current customers while increasing sales
- Conduct and facilitate training programs with clients
- Ability to facilitate training while speaking effectively before groups and individuals
- Increasing product knowledge through training with clients
- Process and Program Implementation
- Marketing Consultation
- The position works remotely using a company owned vehicle and computer. Both are expected to be maintained, kept in an acceptable visual and mechanical manner.
Administrative related functions required include but not limited:
- Daily reporting
- AR collection on each client visit
- Inventory management of products & inventory accuracy
- Delivery of products to customer
- Sales invoicing.
- New account qualification and paperwork completion.
- Daily operating schedule of 7:30 - 5:30 Monday through Friday at a minimum. Saturday hours may be required dependent on ability to meet and exceed your personal monthly commitment.
- Attendance to all company meetings, training sessions and continual education sessions.
Sales expectations
- Servicing on existing clients current service, product and process needs.
- Introduction to new services, products, or processes.
- Development of new clients within existing territory.
- Introduction of new product lines
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields. Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business, recurring, relationship driven sales experience required.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Attributes include honesty, taking initiative, being self-motivated to succeed, accountability and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Learn and cultivate a sales process that includes cold calling, implementation of customer-based processes and effective questioning techniques.

Compensation Range
- 50,000- 75,000+ based upon market performance and individual experience
