Norcross-Madagascar Gems and Minerals is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Candidate must have proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, multiple e-commerce platforms, POS systems, Java, Javascript and others. Requirements include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

We're looking for a Sales Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales team. The successful candidate will have an extensive background in sales and an understanding of the industry, as well as experience managing a team. We look for the individual to lead our sales team in developing relationships with new and existing clients, and to work collaboratively with current and future providers to develop new strategies for meeting customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a department consisting of sales representatives,
• Maintain sales numbers by communicating with customers, sales representatives and employees.
• Assign sales targets to sales representatives.
• Work with management to develop new sales strategies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
