Driving an integral role in the customer experience, Sales Associates are trained to be responsible for:
  • Meeting dealership sales goals.
  • Greeting customers and determining make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
  • Explaining features and demonstrating operations of vehicles in the showroom or on demonstration drives.
  • Suggesting optional equipment for customers to purchase.
  • Computing and quoting sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances, and discounts.
  • Completing paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slips or sales contracts.
  • Arranging for deliveries and registration of vehicles.
  • Researching availability of models and optional equipment.
  • Engaging in business development.
  • Addressing customer concerns.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Continuously improving through feedback.

Schedule & Compensation:
  • Full Time, may include daytime/evening and weekend shifts.
  • Starting Salary Guarantee, Bonus/Commission.
Pre-Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Satisfactory work experience in retail sales/customer service.
Essential Job Skills:
  • Sales, Customer Service, Prospecting skills, Technical understanding, Building relationships, Data Entry, Problem Solving, Organization, Product Knowledge.
  • Automotive experience is NOT required. We're looking for teammates with a passion for customer service and a DRIVE TO WIN.
Environment/Physical Demands:
  • Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Heavy standing work. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
