Here's a great opportunity for a motivated Realtor® to drive a listing based team.
Must have an active real estate license in the state of Florida. No experience is required. Mentorship and training provided. Ongoing training sessions available. This is a commission position with opportunity for professional, economic and personal growth with a small team of seasoned professionals.

The listing coordinator is responsible for managing listing related activity for our Team Lead. Responsibilities include sales and marketing activities related to listings, and lead generating tasks, which may provide additional commissions. Work from our office as a base, some local travel will be required. Cell phone provided.

• Answers all listing inquiries and coordinates all showings with cooperating brokers on the Shaver Group's listings.
• Implement marketing plan on listings and manage lead generation follow-up via provided lead sources.
• Attend all listing appointments and provide a comparative market analysis for the Team Lead prior to the listing appointment.
• Manage the contact and follow-up with property sellers with the exception of contract negotiations.
• Gather all necessary property information and input listings into MLS, install signage and lock boxes.
• Manage transaction working with our transaction coordinator, except for seller offer presentations and negotiations.
• Other duties as directed by listing agent team lead.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
