As a Retail Membership Sales Specialist , you aren’t just selling products, you are providing exceptional member experiences by representing AAA products and services. To the qualified candidate, we offer:

  • Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM, and Saturday, 9:00AM to 1:00PM (37.5 hour work week, no Sundays) Saturday availability is required for this position.

  • The pay range for this role is $18.00/hr.-$24.00/hr. , based on experience and location

  • Monthly Incentive Plan based on your individual performance

What you’ll do:

  • Consistently sell and process new AAA memberships.

  • Review membership coverage levels and up-sell/cross-sell upgrades and add-ons.

  • Make outbound calls to our membership base (welcome new members, offer promotions, discuss upgrade options.)

  • Ensure leads are completed and documented appropriately.

  • Serve as the go-to person in the store for all membership-related items.

What we are looking for:

  • Have a high school diploma/GED

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales/customer service experience

  • Have effective communication skills both written and oral

  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
