Join our dynamic and fast-growing team at Founder's Choice Cabinetry!

We're in search of an ambitious and outgoing salesperson, eager to design amazing spaces with the help of our in-house design team. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most durable, high-quality, locally built, and competitively priced cabinets available, all showcased in our stunning Issaquah showroom.

We're Looking For:

• A naturally analytical individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in Kitchen/Bathroom sales and design.
• A self-starter and strong finisher, capable of growing and maintaining a reliable sales base.
• A great communicator who can effortlessly build and nurture relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively reach out to contractors, cultivating and expanding business relationships.
• Collaborate with customers, providing exceptional design expertise for their kitchen, bath, or space remodel projects.
• Manage order creation and maintenance of records.
• Skillfully negotiate contract sales while ensuring they align with both customer and company requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
