Legacy Roofing and Restoration is a family owned and operated business that stays focused on our guiding principles: Quality, Safety, and Community. These principles, along with hard work, have allowed us to double our sales every year for the past 5 years. We are looking for hard-working and driven individuals for our Sales Team to help us continue to grow in 2023 and beyond. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Roofing and Solar projects. It’s a great time to be in this industry and there are endless opportunities for people that are willing to put in the work. To thrive in this role you will need to be self-motivated, work independently, have strong communication and organizational skills, and have a real desire to help people. Training and ongoing support is provided.

Compensation:

• Earn $75-$85k in your first year
• Base Salary plus Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a Sales Plan and consistently hit your daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Know your closing ratios and continuously work to improve them
• Keep your calendar up to date
• Speak to minimum 15 new people per day - self generating leads through door knocking, networking, and referrals
• Attend all scheduled inspections, adjuster meetings, and contract signings with punctuality and consideration of the customer’s home
• Attend all company provided training programs and meetings with Sales Manager
• Complete 30-45 minutes of Training 3-5 days per week
• Consistently learn new roofing products and industry information
• Maintain a working insured vehicle for transportation

Company-wide Standards:

• Speak to all clients that you are working with, or trying to work with, at least once a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Weekend availability
