We are looking to hire a sales associate to our team. We will train the right candidate. We are looking to find someone who is every detail oriented, has a "go-getter" attitude. We will train you to be able to sell over $1million per year.

Skills:

- Must be detail oriented

- Computer proficient

- Great Customer Service

- Proficient with Microsoft products

- Problem solving, leadership and listening skills

- Organizational and time management skills

- The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge

- Understand the basics of design and interior decorating

Qualifications:

· A passion for customer service

· A great attitude and the willingness to learn

· Ability to work in a team environment

· A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction

· MUST have pleasant demeanor and professional image and appearance

· Must be able to commit to weekends

· 1-3 years’ experience working with customers face to face preferred

We anticipate you to make at least $50,000 for the first year. If you are driven and the right candidate we anticipate you to make over $70,000 after your second year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
