Job Description

1. Inside Sales Activities (50%)

Back-end support to the Sales team to grow business and market share.

Media management and developing presentations for the Sales team.

� Manage and coordinate customer visits and demos.

� Create and maintain weekly sales reports and circulate to key stakeholders.

� Support Sales event planning and execution

. Creating Marketing Materials

� Interact with customers and inside stakeholders on a regular basis to fulfill the deliverables.

� Special projects may be assigned to further improve selling efficiency.

� Travel on an occasional basis by car.

2. Assist the CEO in Administrative tasks as assigned (50%)

Required Education:

Bachelors or associate degree. Prefer Bachelors Degree

Required Skillset:

� Proficient with Microsoft Suits 365 (Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.)

� Ability to put together Presentations and marketing materials.

� Excellent communication and writing skills

� Superior analytical and decision making

� Works well under pressure

� Excellent at working on multiple projects while meeting deadlines

� Well organized

� Willingness to go the extra mile to seal the deal

Travel

Regional travel (Intra-Michigan Travel) 10%

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
