Real Estate Agent

We’re looking for someone that....

• Prospects for, follows-up with, presents to, and services buyers and sellers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into buyer and listing agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
• Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home ownership.
• Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search and home sales process.
• Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of Real Estate transactions from initial contact through contract closing. (Coordinates with the Transaction Coordinator.)
• Effectively negotiates for all buyer and seller clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
• Convert incoming leads
• Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments
• Analyze the Buyer’s and Seller’s needs and goals
• Provide Housing and Community Information Research
• Preview and show homes
• Negotiate terms and contracts for Buyers and Sellers

Qualifications

• High school graduate
• Real Estate License (If you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. You must be able to complete a 90-hour licensing course within three months.)
• Understanding of CRM systems
• High level of social skills. Our business is people based and will require much interaction with other people.
• 1-year sales experience preferred

Geography

We are looking for agents who live in or desire to work in:

• Twin Cities Area
• Eastern Suburbs of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin
• St. Croix River Valley Area
• Washington County
• St. Croix County
