Job Title: Automotive Salesperson

As an Automotive Salesperson, you will play a vital role in promoting our dealership's wide range of vehicles, building relationships with customers, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their automotive needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle features, specifications, and benefits
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
