Backyard Paradise Luxury Pools and Patios outdoor environments and swimming pool construction company, is adding a Sales/Design Consultant to our sales department. The woodlands premier pool designer, builder and outdoor living specialist. With 30 year’s experience building custom pools, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, outdoor living areas, and much more.

Salary plus commission on sales during the first-6months transitioning to a draw against sales commission

Other Aspects of the Role:

Utilize company and manufacturer-provided software including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AutoCAD, and Pool Studio 3D design

• Leads are provided and self generated
• You will be working from the office
• No overnight travel is required, however, the ability and flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays are required according to client needs
• Salary plus commission on sales during the first-6months to a draw against sales commission with unlimited earning potential
• This is a W-2 position with benefits including: car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, health and life insurance, optional dental and vision insurance, and 401K

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Previous Pool Sales and Design required.
• A minimum of Two years of sales experience; experience in selling (landscapes, outdoor kitchens, homebuilder etc.) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Pool Studio Software is a plus.
• Motivated, positive team player who upholds company core values
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize, multitask, make decisions, exhibit professionalism, and maintain customer relationships with clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is creative and artistic, has strong presentation skills, and great attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
