We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Roofing Sales team!

We're looking for a full-time Sales Representative & Roof Inspector who likes outdoor work, is self driven and feels passionate about sales.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up sales leads
• You will inspect roofs and properties
• Exceptional and professional customer service skills
• Punctual and excellent time-management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Communicating with customers (Must be readily available to address client questions and concerns, either by phone or email, in a timely and professional manner. Clear communication is essential to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a successful project outcome.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals-
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest information on our products and services
• Meet with customers, measure, and estimate jobs, and close sales
• Basic computer and data-entering skills, able to learn new software programs

Job Qualification:

• You are extremely presentable in person, with great people skills, must be confident, approachable, friendly.
• You are a self-motivated, ambitious and a goal oriented individual
• You enjoy negotiating and you are strong-willed
• You have a strong focus on Customer Service
• You have a reliable vehicle and like to travel
• You must be able to get on/off a roof and perform inspections, physical ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time.
• You have experience in Sales or Construction
• Strong verbal & written communication skills and professional demeanor
• Schedule flexibility - available to work nights and weekends as necessary, and/or during the storm season and/or during periods of high volume
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to be mentored, and eager to learn

Knowledge of the roofing industry is a huge plus. Must be willing to get up on roofs and have the knowledge to diagnose common roofing issues and recommend the next steps. Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with other members of our staff from the ground level up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
