Recruiter / Site Manager

Commercial Employees is hiring a full-time Recruiting / Site Manager for our onsite branch in the New Kensington area.

Your primary role as a Recruiter is to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and fill our clients’ temporary staffing needs with high-caliber light industrial talent. This fast-paced position provides a competitive base salary, plus commissions and benefits. Our Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator is a regular full-time position (not a temporary assignment).

As an independent, veteran-led staffing agency, Commercial Employeeshas seven western PA (Pittsburgh) branches and one in Charleston, SC. Grit, determination, hustle, focus and drive have enabled us to proudly employ more than 300,000 Light Industrial associates over our 20+ years.

Some Key Responsibilities for our Recruiter Position:

• Perform all full cycle Recruiting, Interviewing, and Onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with clients in order to understand their temporary staffing needs.
• Utilize our progressive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Texting platforms to efficiently communicate with candidates.
• Manage Talent Pipelines and sell candidates on employment opportunities.
• Provide outstanding Customer Service by proactively anticipating and resolving issues.

Background and Experience for our Recruiter:

• Recruiting multiple years experience preferred.
• Staffing or Temporary Staffing industry experience is helpful.
• Proficiency with the use of a progressive Applicant Tracking System Avionte BOLD is a strong plus.
• Heavy computer and phone use (sitting usually 60 – 70 % each day).
• High School diploma or equivalent. A degree in Human Resources or a Business-related field of study is helpful, but not required.
• A positive do-what-it-takes attitude is required in order to meet our clients’ important staffing needs.
• Should be a self-starter who can work independently and with minimal supervision.
