Full description of the position

We are looking for a dynamic sales/business development professional to help take over as our Director of Sales and Business Development. You will be setting up and leading our efforts to market our direct marketing ecommerce platform and other marketing products to our target audiences.

The right person will have a proven track record of strategizing and implementing cross media sales/business development campaigns and developing those leads.

Some of your duties will include -

• Finding and Developing new business opportunities.
• Creating a qualified pipeline of prospects for the company’s solutions.
• Creating and nurturing professional relationships and leveraging them to increase sales.
• Creating and executing campaigns across multiple channels to attract clients.
• Presenting solutions in front of small and large groups in different settings and conferences.
• Working with clients to ensure their expectations are being met.
• Regularly communicating with clients about new products and offerings, changes to their accounts and identifying opportunities for new sales within assigned accounts.

The idea candidate will have -

• Excellent communication skills with demonstrable written and oral presentation abilities.
• Engaging personality with a strong business development/marketing background.
• A bachelors education with 7-10 years of relevant experience or a masters with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to autonomously develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans.
• Experience using sales and marketing tools to analyze results and track ROI.
• Experience developing business leads and procuring business contracts.
• Great technology skills and the ability to completely understand how our marketing platform can complement prospective clients’ business environments and goals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Possess analytical and problem solving skills.
• Any experience in the direct mail/print marketing industry is a huge plus.

This position will require travel as needed (for conferences and client presentations)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
