Salary/Compensation:
Full time | 40 Hours per Week | Salary Negotiable

Job Description:
This role supports the strategic goals of Air Engineering and Supply by initiating contact with customers with the goal to increase sales and enhance the relationship between Air Engineering and Supply and the customer, primarily via the phone and e-mail. This role will also process and track orders, handle returns, research issues and provide timely feedback to all impacted parties. In addition, this role is a focal point for communication between team members and customers. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
The proper candidate for this position will have a background in Industrial sales with experience in Pneumatic processes and Implementation. This person will have excellent customer service skills and a desire to work within a team environment. Additionally, the candidate will have professional quality verbal and writing skills. They will also have a high level of comfort with variety of computer software packages such as Excel and Word and the ability to learn a proprietary CRM system.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of Pneumatic Process and Implementation
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Desire to learn Air Engineering and Supply’s product offerings
• Light construction abilities
• Ability to multitask

Preferred Skills:

• Sales background
• Previous use of a CRM system
• Experience with Value Added sales
