Job Description

Join our team of award-winning Insurance Professionals! We work to collaborate and consult with customers to provide customized plans that will help protect and manage their assets. We are looking for individuals who want to take control of their financial situation by building and maintaining a healthy book of business. No matter your sales experience we want to invest in your success. We provide our new Sales Representatives with ongoing training and support on their path to success, so they can best serve customers! Salary Range: $2500.00 - $5000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Identify the insurance needs of the clients and recommend policies that best meet their needs and budget.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Requirements
  • Ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills.
  • Prior Sales Experience preferred, but not required.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
