Sales/Marketing - Sales Director
Fountain View Senior Living is looking for a dynamic sales person to join our team and serve our community.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Sales and Marketing Director works to support the sales functions of the community for independent living and assisted living. The position serves to support all facets of the sales process to include tours, sales calls, lead follow up, and lead entry into the CRM.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Adheres to policies, operating procedures and the Mission and Core Values of Omega Senior Living.
Conduct residence tours to prospective residents, family members, or referral sources as required.
Assures community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations.
Performs initial sales contact with potential customers and family members. Conducts telephone sales, tours, home visits and creative follow up with potential customers as necessary throughout the sales process.
Works with all sales team members to complete quarterly sales and marketing plan and execute accordingly.
Responsible in assisting the Executive Director/Administrator in maintaining the community in a ready for company standard.
Responsible for making timely and accurate inputs into CRM for all sales activities, providing reports on sales activity goals and responsible for meeting budgeted occupancy, revenue goals and established quarterly sales activity goals
Develops and executes community events according to approved event schedule.
Reports to the VP/Regional Sales Director on community activity and progress towards established sales goals.
Will keep certification current and participate in continuing education to include staff meetings, in-services and web based trainings.
Work with home office to post on social media and other accounts.
Preform outreach activities 25-30% to referral sources and cultivate those relationships
Become an expert with prospect centered selling and all related activities for this sales foundation.

EDUCATION
Associates degree in business, management, operations or related field required.
EXPERIENCE
Requires 1-2 plus year prior experience in sales. Prefer prior experience in a sales roll for AL, IL or SNF for at least 1-year. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required, prefer experience with CRM
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Requires attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, sales presentation, follow-through and ownership on assignments.
Position requires the extensive travel to include extended periods of driving and overnight stays at residence locations.
Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
Must possess the ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc.
Must be thoroughly familiar with the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the release of information.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle personnel based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
Must possess the ability to seek our new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
Must be able to maintain good personnel relations and employee morale.
