Job Description:
This position does not require any cold calling as we are fortunate to have an abundance of new inbound leads daily! We respond to people who contact us expressing interest in our buildings. This position is trained to handle these inquiries in the best way possible leading to an eventual sale. First impressions make a drastic difference so having clear communication, energy and motivation are required!

Job Requirements:

• Positive, Motivated, Driven Mentality!
• Experience working on the phone is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working on a computer
• Ability to multi-task
