As a Representative with Bluenergy Solar, you have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be part of our nation's transition to solar power. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Bluenergy Solar panels to reduce our carbon footprint. This position will allow you to experience working in a family oriented environment and to explore the opportunity to become a business owner one day.

Responsibilities

● Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

● Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

● Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

● Present, promote services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customer

● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

● Analyze the territory/market’s potential.

● Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

● Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred ● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Self-motivated

● Proactive in problem solving

● Able to learn computer functions

● Ability to work in a team environment

● Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews ● Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $600.00 - $2,400.00 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Essex County, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
