Territory Sales - Skincare - Private Label
My client is a global leading manufacturer within the skincare industry that specifically targets dermatology, cosmetic and plastic surgery as well as medical spas. They are seeking to hire a Territory Sales Rep responsible for promoting product growth by prospecting for new business, managing leads and closing sales. The Territory Sales Rep will manage key accounts; collaborate to create product logos and labels, conduct product trainings and help organize events.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
- New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage key accounts and maintain a book of business
- Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
- Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
- Organize promotional events and conduct client training programs
- Assist with creation of graphics for clients (logos and labels)
- Maintain database, update to track clients and progress
- Keep well-informed of available products, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
- Attend trainings and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Min. 3+ years of Sales experience within the Aesthetics industry required
- Experience with new business development and account management (pull through) required
- Skincare Sales experience required
- Will consider Estheticians seeking a sales role
- Experience selling to medical practices/clinics and MedSpas
- Existing relationships with MedSpas, Plastic Surgeons and/or Dermatologists
- Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
- Ability to travel within territory
Offering:
- Base Salary $80,000
- Year [please apply online] $150,000 - $170,000
- Uncapped Commissions
