Remodeling Sales Agent Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and make outbound calls to potential clients in the market for remodeling services
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to develop detailed remodeling proposals
  • Present proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the remodeling services
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company

Remodeling Sales Agent Essential Job Functions:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, leveraging market insights to drive sales strategies
  • Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using CRM software
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Remodeling Sales Agent Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and high-end remodeling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and negotiate contracts successfully

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
