Position Summary:

• Assists Sales Manager and other management positions in daily Sales and Plant Production efforts

Essential Job Functions:

• Assists with pricing guidance to customer service representatives and Sales Manager
• Assists the sales force to ensure good customer service
• Assists Customer Service Manager with decisions, conflicts, and with meeting customer needs
• Assists with reviews and commission reports that are then turned over to Controller for payment
• Timely reviews all expense reports
• Visits and supports customers as needed
• Travels with NEWW Sales Representatives as needed
• Assumes role as NEWW Sales Representative as time and circumstance allow
• Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Sales Manager, or designee

Education and/or Experience:

• College experience with completion of a degree preferred

Language Skills:

• Ability to communicate and write clearly and effectively

Mathematical Skills:

• Solid math skills

Technical Skills:

• Efficient use of computer programs including Word, Excel, the Internet and other software
• Facility with the use of office equipment including computers, photocopiers, fax machines, telephones, etc.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• None required

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, driving, and computer use are required
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week
