Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas is looking for an EXPERIENCED Sales Representative for our Hampstead North Carolina location. Your schedule will consist of 5 days per week. 44 hour Average work week. 1 day off during the week and we are closed on Sunday. Saturdays are a must. If you have the following qualifications and would like to make 70k to 120k per year, please email us your resume or come into visit us face to face.

1. You must be VERY VERY VERY ORGANIZED.

2. You must be VERY PATIENT.

3. You must have a minimum of 5 years of Sales Experience.

4. You must be VERY capable to work with a computer day in and day out to include:

a. Typing and Sending Emails

b. Be able to work with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Excel, Google Calender, and other basic computer programs.

5. You must be very good speaking face to face with people.

6. You must have a very outgoing and happy personality.

7. Any experience with home building, home sales, real estate, para legal, or mortgage experience would be a huge asset.

8. You must have very good phone skills and be very good at communication.

9. You need to have FANTASTIC Memory.

10. Finally YOU MUST BE VERY VERY TRAINABLE!!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
