Job Responsibilities:

• Inside and outside sales
• Experience generating new leads
• Experience with sales presentations, site visits, measurements, and design support
• Marketing & Prospecting
• Dealer/Distributor Relations
• Quote Generation
• Direct OEM experience
• Call on existing and set up new O.E.M. dealers for Environmental Rooms, Powder Paint Rooms, Clean Rooms, Laser Rooms, CNC Rooms and all other related products.
• Excellent communication with Executive Management in a B2B sales environment

Job Requirements:

• Established Management of Sales
• Sales experience with Tier 1 Automotive a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in the modular building or construction industry desired
• Reliable transportation
• Traveling up to two (2) weeks a month
• Experience with distribution/dealer network

Abilities and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive customer service attitude
• Ability to interact directly with customers and showcase products
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong work ethic
• Team player
• Professional demeanor
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong hunt and closing of new sales
