Company Summary:

Trimlite is a manufacturer of decorative door-lites, stile and rail doors and a wholesale distributor of doors, millwork and building material related products to the building trade.

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager is critical to developing good relationships with customers while receiving incoming customer calls, placing orders, and addressing and troubleshooting customer quality concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Receive & direct multiple inbound phone calls per day
• Resolve product inquiries & quoting needs over the phone
• Review, audit & enter customer purchase orders
• Determine the nature of order changes & provide insight to customers
• Receive & relay any production, accounting or shipping changes to all orders
• Audit each return or request to arrive at cost & time efficient solutions to each individual problem.
• Filter through & edit each inbound order via online portals for accuracy and efficiency
• Guide end users to solutions, depending on their needs
• Use materials provided & industry knowledge to guide customers through troubleshooting to solutions for each project
• Provide high quality customer service
• Guide all incoming foot traffic
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• Strategic account management, with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable building sales programs and generating sales analysis
• Team player that drives who results through positive influence and leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of order management experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years account management experience
• Experience in the door or building industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Tacoma, WA 98421: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Account management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Order entry: 2 years (Preferred)
