The Countertop Shop is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with selections, generating quotes, and following up with leads. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $23, based on experience.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide assistance to customers
• Help customers make color and material selections for their countertops
• Create accurate and detailed quotes for both retail and wholesale customers
• Follow up with leads and potential customers to provide additional information and close sales
• Maintain a strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software is a plus
• Knowledge of countertop materials and design trends is an advantage
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
