EUROPEAN WAX CENTER - Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll have the drive and dedication to hit the ground running. Our comprehensive training will provide you with all the tools you will need and to show our appreciation, we offer great pay and performance incentives throughout your career!

This is primarily a SALES position. Compensation includes Hourly Base + Performance Based Incentives.

Our ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule which include days, nights and weekends. We are open 7 days a week. A typical weekly schedule includes both opening and closing shifts:

• 1 or 2 opening shifts Mon - Fri (8/8:30 am-2 pm)
• 1 or 2 closing shifts Mon - Fri (2 pm-8 am)
• 1 full day Sat or Sun (8/8:30 am -6 pm)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, creating a memorable experience for every guest
• Promote Wax Pass memberships and retail products
• Build relationship with guests by enthusiastically greet guests, engage in conversation while waiting for services + educate on EWC products, services and Wax Pass savings
• Book reservations, answer phone calls and make follow up calls
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all time
• Help maintains an impeccable clean Wax Center

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year SALES Experience in environment that places emphasis on building relationships with guests
• Enjoy interacting with guests; be well spoken and maintain a professional appearance
• Must have reliable transportation and live within 15 minutes of Daphne Commons
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor
• A strong desire to work with others and engage guests with energy and enthusiasm for the brand
• Must be customer service oriented and able to utilize effective communication with all guests, center management and fellow associates
• Millennium experience is a plus

Compensation

$10 hourly base + performance based incentives.
