Account Manager and Retention Specialist Job Duties:
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Send marketing material to customers, and schedule follow up as needed
- Maintain filing system for client and vendor records, invoices, and payment remittances.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and
analyzing customer needs.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording account information into Customer Relationship Management system
- Retain customers who might no longer be interested in a company's ongoing services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Solve customer concerns, and reverse the customer's decision to part ways with the company
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
