We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. Our team is ingrained in a culture where personal and professional growth is not only encouraged, but well rewarded. The candidate will support existing customers as well as seek new, outside opportunities.
The Account Manager will develop new accounts while providing existing clients new solutions. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.
To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each of the following effectively:
- Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
- Create and execute strategic accounts plans.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities and value to the client; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Requirements
- Must have prior success calling on executives of small to large size companies, in a highly competitive market, where your service was the most expensive.

- Prior sales income over $75,000.
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Salesforce or Dynamics CRM, etc.
- HVAC, Building Automation, Construction or Service Industry experience is required.
