Sales Representative

Job Description

Summary: This position is responsible for selling the goods and services offered by Fireplace Gallery/H2Oasis Inc., working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products and recommend solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Product sales
• Greet customers in the showroom and track activity and potential leads
• Evaluate customer requirements to determine product needs
• Preparation of estimates
• Follow up with potential customers to develop ongoing relationships
• Understand and demonstrate a level of expertise in our product
• Track and maintain customer leads
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints
• Perform job checks at customer’s homes
• Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort
• Participation at special events such as trade shows
• Other sales or office related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• High school diploma or GED, college degree a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people
• Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in making a sale
• Strong organizational, prioritization and follow up skills
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Quick Books Experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
