Mastip Inc of Jackson, WI is looking for a Inside Sales Support person to be a part of a growing team. Your role is to provide high quality service and support to the Technical Sales Team and our customers.

As a member of Mastip Inc, you will be working in close collaboration with the Wisconsin team as well as with the sales staff around the USA. We are supported by our robust corporate team in Auckland, New Zealand. The position will report to the Technical Sales Director in Wisconsin.

The Inside Sales Support role is mainly responsible as support for the Sales Team with the passion and drive to help our company grow. It could also be a great entry point if you desire to progress into a Regional Sales Manager Position.

Daily Duties Will Include:

• Providing support to the Sales and Technical Team with their daily duties
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Assisting with delivery of timely and accurate quotes to Customers based on the best available information
• Engaging in frequent customer contact to follow-up on quotes, system approval status, post-sale follow-up and service parts request.
• Ensuring the design team has the correct information to check that they can carry out their role
• Possible progression into Regional Sales Manager Position if interested

40 hours per week as per rostered shift, and additional over time hours as required to fulfil the requirement of the role. Some schedule flexibility may be available for the right individual.

Knowledge and Skills Needed

• Expectational “customer service” minded individual is mandatory
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time
• Computer literacy; intermediate or advanced level proficiency in Windows software, spreadsheets, Outlook and other Microsoft office applications
• Technical aptitude in Plastic Injection or/and mold making is preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Exposure to, or working knowledge of, 2D/3D CAD/CAM viewing software is preferred
• Familiarity with an ERP system, CRM and/or with quoting software would be a plus
• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships and sales

Qualifications /Experience

Strong history of growth in customer service, inside sales, account management, etc. with high degree of customer interaction and adding value in multiple areas of an organization. Primarily though telephone, email and zoom/teams/online interaction.
